"There were no bath towels in the room and I was asked to come pick them up at the office in another building (rather than housekeeping delivering them. The hardware on the sliding door to the bathroom was not attached (it fell off if use to pull the door) and the door did not fit in the frame. It was awkward to open or close the door; the door could not be secured; and a visble gap into the bathroom was left when the door was closed."
